What You Need to Know
During the upgrade, there will be an temporary outage on Wednesday, August 13th from 4:00 AM – 1:00 PM MST. Bill Pay will be unavailable during the outage however your existing recipients, scheduled payments, and payment history will carry over automatically. Once complete, login at 1:00 PM MST to enjoy the improved experience.
We recommend that you review any upcoming payments in advance to avoid disruption.
If you currently have recipients that are hidden, all will be displayed after the upgrade. It’s a good time to review those recipients to verify if they are still current. If not, simply click the 3-dots to delete.
